Landscaping Supervisor

Auswide Enterprises Inc is seeking a skilled Landscaping Foreman/Woman to join our team. As a key member of our outdoor operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and maintenance of our landscaping projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Direct the planting of trees, gardens, and lawns, ensuring high-quality results and adherence to project timelines.
- Hire, supervise, and schedule staff to meet project demands, promoting a safe and productive work environment.
- Organize and direct the construction of decks, decorative or retaining walls, and other landscape features, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations.
- Plan and estimate labor and materials for projects, maintaining accurate records and logs.
- Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Maintain a clean and organized work site, adhering to company health and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with contractors and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
- 1-2 years of experience in landscaping or a related field, with a focus on supervisory or management roles.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling heavy loads and standing for extended periods.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a focus on teamwork and customer satisfaction.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
