Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Plastic Products Fabricator to join our team at Pather Plastics Canada Inc. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for fabricating and assembling plastic products using various machines and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate Machines and Equipment: Safely operate conventional and computer-controlled machine tools to cut, shape, and assemble plastic materials.
  • Assemble Composite Materials: Assemble composite materials on patterns to form parts and assemblies.
  • Inspect Products: Inspect manufactured plastic products for defects and conformance to specifications and quality standards.
  • Make Adjustments and Repairs: Make minor adjustments or repairs to products as needed.
  • Assemble Final Products: Screw, clip, glue, bond, weld, or otherwise assemble parts and components to form final products.
  • Measure and Weigh Products: Measure or weigh products to ensure accuracy and quality.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required, but experience is an asset.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar field is an asset.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication in the workplace.
  • Work Environment: The work environment is noisy and dusty, with a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical Demands: The job requires standing for extended periods, manual dexterity, and attention to detail.
