Multimatic Inc. is seeking a dedicated technician to engage in the assembly of advanced automotive projects, including the renowned Ford GT Mk IV supercar. Reporting directly to a Senior Composite Technician, this role focuses on the meticulous assembly of chassis and body components.
This position offers an excellent opportunity for those passionate about high-performance vehicles and eager to work with state-of-the-art composites and automotive technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain organized and safe work practices within an automotive assembly environment.
- Construct sub-assemblies in accordance with provided manuals.
- Execute structural bonding of composite materials.
- Ensure precise adherence to assembly manuals and quality assurance processes.
- Fit and assemble carbon fiber components with accuracy.
- Identify and resolve quality issues effectively.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities.
- Collaborate within a dynamic team, providing constructive feedback.
- Adhere to established production hours.
- Uphold Multimatic's commitment to quality and excellence in the workplace.
Training will be provided as necessary to support your development.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in the use of common hand and power tools.
- Ability to interpret technical manuals.
- Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Preferred experience in composite material fabrication.
- Background in light fabrication is beneficial.
- Familiarity with manufacturing environments is advantageous.
