Position Overview:

As a Human Resources Generalist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our workforce by managing and implementing HR initiatives that align with our organizational goals. This position involves collaborating with management to fulfill staffing requirements and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with management to formulate and execute an annual HR strategy that aligns with business objectives.
