Role Overview: Merchandising Associates play a crucial role in enhancing the shopping experience by organizing and maintaining product presentations within The Home Depot stores. Their efforts are aimed at increasing sales and ensuring efficient inventory management.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of shelves, products, and signage
  • Design and oversee display materials and signage
  • Execute pricing updates and labeling duties
  • Efficiently replenish merchandise
  • Foster positive relationships with team members and provide exceptional customer service

Qualifications:

  • Experience in retail merchandising or with a major retailer is preferred
  • Basic proficiency in computer applications, including web-based tools
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team to meet shared objectives
  • Attention to detail with a commitment to quality and accuracy
  • Physical capability to lift heavy items, bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods; familiarity with ladders is beneficial
  • Experience with forklift operation is a plus
