An exceptional Implementation Consultant will exhibit strong technical acumen alongside outstanding analytical, communication, and customer service abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engaging with clients post-sale to gather necessary data and information for software configuration.
  • Developing a detailed project plan for each client, outlining the tasks required for the timely implementation of software solutions.
  • Maintaining communication with clients throughout the rollout and configuration phases to gather feedback and secure approvals.
  • Customizing software systems according to the unique requirements and specifications of clients.
  • Providing training to clients on the use of the purchased software systems and the features that have been configured.
  • Documenting all configurations made for each client in a specialized report.
  • Ensuring the project team is informed of critical deliverables and project timelines.
  • Offering cost and time estimates for clients seeking additional customizations.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience as a software Implementation Consultant.
  • Strong technical knowledge.
  • Familiarity with ABA software is preferred.
  • Experience with CRM platforms such as Zoho and Salesforce.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks.
  • Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
  • Attention to detail.
