About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Trans-United Consultants Ltd. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our buildings and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare detailed reports and statistics on maintenance activities and equipment performance.
  • Technical Expertise
    • Read and interpret blueprints to determine dimensions and material requirements for maintenance and repair projects.
    • Estimate costs and develop schedules for maintenance and repair activities.
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Direct and supervise maintenance and repair activities to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Computer and Technology Skills
    • Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
  • Work Environment and Physical Demands
    • Work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
