Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Metering Solutions Expert to join our team at Trilliant. As a key member of our organization, you will play a lead role in metering and broader communications across various functions, from meter shop-level services to customer projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert-level support to internal and external stakeholders as the senior metering specialist, acting as the subject matter expert in all aspects, including sales and customer support roles.
  • Assist with logistics and inventory provisioning and services related to customer orders, projects, and material movements as needed by the business.
  • Manage the business partner relationship for outsourced assembly of devices as a key stakeholder and partner of Trilliant's supply chain.
  • Recommend new equipment as needed and execute maintenance activities as required in the MeterShop.
  • Ensure compliance with procedures governed by Measurement Canada and the company.
  • Develop and implement solutions with metering requests and communications, working closely with internal stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with ongoing training and updating technical procedures and best practices as per Measurement Canada and the company's requirements and policies.
  • Act as the safety ambassador in compliance with Trilliant QMS policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and productive workshop environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of related experience in Metering and communications solutions.
  • Excellent logistics, warehousing, and supply chain knowledge.
  • Expert knowledge of metering, devices, and communications utilized in advanced metering solutions, and other related equipment and accessories.
  • Expert knowledge of metering concepts and supporting communication technologies.
  • Knowledge of Advanced Metering solutions devices and assets.

Education/Certification

  • Educational background in Electrical engineering with a college diploma.
