Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Food Service Staff

Direct and supervise the activities of food service staff, including preparing and portioning food, to ensure efficient and effective service.

Train and Develop Staff

Provide training and guidance to staff on job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and quality control standards.

Inventory Management

Estimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies to ensure adequate stock levels and minimize waste.

Quality Control

Ensure that food and service meet our high standards of quality and consistency.

Reporting and Record-Keeping

Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and other key performance indicators.

Requirements
  • Education and Experience

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.

Supervision

3-4 people.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities

Combination of sitting, standing, walking, standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, kneeling, and walking.

Personal Suitability

Flexibility, team player, work term: permanent, work language: English, hours: 40 hours per week.
