Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Manager to join our team at Ram Plastics Inc. as a key member of our manufacturing operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring efficiency, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Production Planning: Develop and implement production schedules, manage inventory, and optimize resource allocation to meet business objectives.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and train a team of over 20 employees, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality production and excellent customer service.
  • Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control processes, conduct regular inspections, and address any quality issues promptly.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Develop and implement equipment maintenance schedules, recommend replacement of machines, and ensure optimal equipment performance.
  • Budgeting and Cost Control: Plan and manage departmental budgets, monitor expenses, and identify opportunities for cost savings.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement, implement changes, and measure the impact on business performance.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, industrial engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a production management role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work under pressure, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, with a large workload and tight deadlines. The ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail is essential.
