Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Technician - Property Maintenance to join our team. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to property maintenance, including painting, drywall repair, flooring installation, and completing work orders in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including painting, drywall repair, and flooring installation
  • Complete work orders in a timely and efficient manner
  • Perform preventative maintenance tasks to ensure the upkeep of our properties
  • Conduct light HVAC troubleshooting and repairs, electrical troubleshooting and repairs, and lock installation and repairs
  • Maintain property grounds and common areas, including minor plumbing and carpentry
  • Install and repair appliances
  • Responsible for inventory control and working with other service technicians
  • Provide after-hours emergency service for the department

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Valid driver's license and vehicle
  • General maintenance experience
  • Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, painting, and carpentry
