About the Role

NDAX Canada Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Engineer/Scrum Master to join our team. As a key member of our product development process, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our software products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Test Planning and Execution: Develop and execute exploratory and automated tests to ensure product quality.
  • Test Case Development: Design and implement tests, debug and define corrective actions.
  • Quality Assurance Metrics: Review system requirements and track quality assurance metrics (e.g. defect densities and open defect counts).
  • Agile Development: Participate in daily scrum stand-up meetings, take notes and action points, and prepare sprint drafts.
  • Collaboration: Liaise with internal teams (e.g. developers and product managers) to identify system requirements.
Requirements
  • Proven Experience: Proven work experience in quality assurance.
  • Software QA Methodologies: Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes.
  • Automated Testing: Hands-on experience with automated testing tools.
  • Agile Development: Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
  • Education: BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject.
