We're seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Engineer/Scrum Master to join our multidisciplinary team. As a key member of our product development process, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement exploratory and automated tests to ensure product quality
  • Review system requirements and track quality assurance metrics
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify system requirements and ensure seamless integration
  • Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and automation scripts
  • Identify, record, and document bugs, and perform thorough regression testing
  • Monitor debugging process results and investigate the causes of non-conforming software
  • Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies
  • Run daily scrum stand-up meetings and take notes and action points
Requirements:
  • Proven work experience in quality assurance
  • Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
  • Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases
  • Hands-on experience with automated testing tools
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
  • BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject
