Job Title: Uniformed Asset Protection Personnel

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Uniformed Asset Protection Personnel to join our team at Loblaw Companies Ltd - Head Office. As a key member of our asset protection team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our customers, employees, and assets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to all internal and external customers
  • Respond to Gatekeeper alarms and receipt check as required
  • Assess safety hazards and take proper procedures to ensure customer safety
  • Escalate any crisis or emergency situations in a timely manner
  • Maintain and submit daily, weekly, and monthly status reports
Requirements:
  • Experience within a retail environment preferred
  • Ability to foster partnerships with store teams
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a talent for building relationships
  • Professional, friendly, and approachable demeanor
  • Ability to remain calm in high tension situations
  • Ability to walk or stand in the same position for long periods
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • First Aid and CPR certified is an asset
