Job Summary

The Taproom General Manager will be responsible for the daily operations of the taproom, including managing the taproom team, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and to standards, and maintaining a high level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage cash & credit and tip management, including deposits, balances, and allocating tips to the team.
  2. Schedule and manage the taproom team, including shift schedules and staffing levels.
  3. Track and monitor inventory, reorder, and stock beer and other products.
  4. Prepare and serve food, ensuring food safety standards are met.
  5. Standardize operations based on best practices and industry standards.
  6. Manage human resources functions and processes, including recruitment and training.
  7. Engage with customers, plan and schedule events, and maintain beer knowledge.
  8. Maintain and clean draught lines, ensuring a high-quality beer experience.
  9. Manage day-to-day taproom activities, including ensuring adequate support, training, staffing levels, and tools.
Requirements
