Customer Experience Ambassador

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric individual to deliver exceptional retail experiences through multiple communication channels.
As a Bilingual Customer Experience Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing information about our products and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting customers with questions and providing product information in French and English
- Providing exceptional customer service through phone, email, and live chat
- Responding to post-sale customer inquiries and resolving issues
- Maintaining open communication with the Customer Experience team
- Liaising with courier and warehouse partners to ensure smooth delivery of orders
- Communicating with suppliers and vendors
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of customer service or retail sales experience
- Skilled at working with diverse customer personalities and understanding customer needs
- Proficiency in browser-based and mobile-based applications
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented, meticulous, and analytical
- Highly focused on providing exceptional service to customers
- Positive attitude, problem-solving skills, and eagerness to take on new challenges
- Availability to work different shifts, including evenings
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in English and French
