Qualifications:

Skills Required:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to resolve member concerns.
- Analytical skills to assess financial performance and staffing models.
- Proven ability to build relationships across various functions.
- Effective presentation skills to convey ideas and strategies.
