Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Associate Director to join our team at MUFG Investor Services. As a key member of our Global Real Estate and Real Asset Support team, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day support for our Real Estate and Real Asset products, including Yardi and other applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a business solution owner for applications within our Real Estate and Real Asset operating models, providing SME-level support as required.
- Work virtually and globally to deliver a consistent service to internal and external stakeholders, regardless of their location or time zone.
- Assist in the development of processes and best practice standards for our Global support team and other functions leveraging RE/RA applications or tools.
- Provide business solutions working with internal and external stakeholders to analyze requirements and gaps, and define/implement solutions as needed.
- Support our Product lead on Product roadmap items, including system integrations, platform enhancements, and new acquisitions.
- Manage system security and compliance from a SOC 1 perspective, ensuring all relevant protocols are respected and all reporting is completed and recorded.
- Lead the Real Estate help desk function, ensuring timely and effective support to our stakeholders.
- Collaborate with our Client Operations team to ensure optimum system usage and remediation of system configuration/processing methodology where required.
- Stay current with new technologies, tools, and applications, acquiring new skills required to cater to changing demands.
- Provide additional ad-hoc support and solutions as needed.
Requirements
- Relevant experience in supporting Real Estate and Real Asset products, particularly Yardi.
- Strong understanding of business solution ownership in Real Estate and Real Asset operating models.
- Ability to work virtually and globally with stakeholders across different time zones.
- Experience in developing processes and best practice standards for support teams.
- Proven ability to analyze requirements and gaps to implement effective business solutions.
- Experience in supporting product roadmap items, including system integrations and enhancements.
- Knowledge of SOC 1 compliance and reporting protocols.
- Experience in managing help desk functions.
- Ability to support business development and client integration efforts.
- Strong collaborative skills with Client Operations teams for system optimization.
- Willingness to stay current with new technologies and tools.
- Flexibility to provide ad-hoc support as needed.
