Job Summary
We're seeking an Associate Director to join our Global Support Team. As a key member, you'll provide day-to-day support for Real Estate and Real Asset products, working virtually and globally to deliver a consistent service to internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as business solution owner for applications within Real Estate and Real Asset operating models.
- Provide SME-level support as required, working closely with internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in the development of processes and best practice standards for the Global support team.
- Support Product lead on Product roadmap items, including system integrations, platform enhancements, and new acquisitions.
- Manage and develop the Real Estate help desk function.
- Support business development and Client Integration teams to attract new business and onboard to the Target Operating Model.
- Work closely with the Client Operations team to ensure optimum system usage and remediation of system configuration/processing methodology.
- Stay current with new technologies, tools, or applications and acquire new skills required to cater to changing demands.
Requirements
- Experience working with Real Estate and Real Asset products, preferably with Yardi.
- Strong business solution ownership skills, with ability to analyze requirements and gaps.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with ability to work virtually and globally.
- Ability to develop and implement processes and best practice standards.
- Strong product knowledge, with ability to support Product lead on Product roadmap items.
- Experience managing and developing help desk functions.
- Ability to work closely with business development and Client Integration teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to stay current with new technologies and tools.
