Role of the Registered Nurse:
- Delivers comprehensive nursing care to patients in emergency situations, functioning both autonomously and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Improves the quality of life for patients and their families by engaging in consultation, collaboration, and communication with other healthcare professionals.
- Commits to ongoing improvement and evidence-based practices in nursing methodologies.
- Continuously enhances personal clinical skills and knowledge.
- Engages in assigned hospital committees, teams, and approved research initiatives.
Work shifts will be organized for both day and night schedules, rotating between 07:00 to 19:15 and 19:00 to 07:15 hours.
The hourly wage for this role is set to range from $41.42 to $55.91.
About the Department:
The Emergency Department features 26 beds, along with two trauma rooms and two secure rooms, all designed with patient privacy and safety in mind. Our modern facility is equipped with advanced technology for patient care, including cardiac monitoring and diagnostic imaging capabilities.
