Position Scope
We are actively seeking to fill Assembly Operator roles across all three shifts (Days, Afternoons, and Midnights). While shifts are consistent, candidates must be flexible to work any of the three shifts as changes may occur during employment.
Day Shift: 7:00 am to 3:00 pm
Afternoon Shift: 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm or 4:00 pm to 12:00 am
Midnight Shift: 11:00 pm to 7:00 am
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble components by adhering to provided work instructions.
- Install lighting, wiring harnesses, and other components onto painted parts as necessary.
- Ensure accurate labeling of parts.
- Maintain a clean work environment and restock parts as needed.
- Perform tasks effectively to meet product quality standards.
- Complete additional duties as assigned by supervisors to adapt to changes in work scope.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to read and understand instructions.
- Excellent organizational skills and manual dexterity.
- High attention to detail.
- Familiarity with components and materials utilized in the production process.
- Ability to perform various physical tasks, including standing, bending, and lifting up to 30 lbs.
- Capability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
