Millwork Assembler

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Millwork Assembler to join our team at Kehl Window & Door. As a Millwork Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling wood products such as window sashes, doors, boxes, pallets, ladders, and barrels. Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble wood products according to specifications and quality standards.
• Read blueprints, written specifications, and production drawings to ensure accurate production.
• Make minor adjustments and repairs to wood products as needed.
• Inspect wood products for conformance to quality standards.
• Trim, smooth, and shape surfaces to ensure a high-quality finish.

Requirements:

• 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
• Excellent oral communication skills.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
• Attention to detail and ability to work accurately.

Work Environment: This is a permanent position with a 30 to 44 hour workweek. The work environment is physically demanding, requiring standing for extended periods and lifting up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
