- Strong communication abilities and capable of working autonomously or collaboratively.
- Ability to engage positively with residents, their families, and healthcare professionals.
- Exhibits **critical thinking** and effective decision-making skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and language skills, with a preference for **French**.
- Permanent Part-time position, totaling **15 hours biweekly**.
