Job Title: Regional Director, West Provinces

Accreditation Canada International is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Director to lead our efforts in the West Provinces. As a key member of our Client Service and Accreditation leadership team, you will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives and ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and timelines.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and implement medium to long-range plans and strategies to secure, grow, and diversify relationships with existing customers.
  • Landscape Knowledge: Ensure ongoing environmental scanning to understand emerging trends and issues linked to different jurisdictions and client contexts.
  • Operational Excellence: Play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution and delivery of programs and services.
  • Collaboration and Partnerships: Partner with different stakeholders, including government and policymakers, to identify and assess clients' unique needs.
  • Team Development: Foster a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and collaboration within the department.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree or PhD in a related field.
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in a leadership role.
  • Strong transformative leadership skills with a proven ability to manage and develop teams.
  • Strategic, innovative mindset and ability to champion the delivery of exceptional customer experiences.
  • Action-oriented with problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Strong communication skills in facilitation, conflict resolution, consensus-building, and negotiation.
