Food Service Team Lead

Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, maintaining accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Establish work schedules, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing downtime.
- Address customer complaints or concerns, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues promptly.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a fast-paced food service environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
Our fast food outlet or concession is a dynamic and fast-paced environment, requiring a high level of energy and enthusiasm. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be required to stand for extended periods, work in a hot environment, and maintain a high level of physical activity.
