Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at SUBWAY ELK POINT.
Job Summary:The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Prepare and submit reports
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment
- Permanent employment
- English as the primary language of work
- 30 to 44 hours of work per week
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. Standing for extended periods is required.
