Powersports Retail Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced retail leader to join our team as an Assistant Store Manager. As a key member of our retail leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and ensuring a positive store experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the appearance and merchandising of the store to ensure a clean, tidy, and well-stocked environment.
  • Coach and train store personnel on product knowledge, merchandising, and customer experience to ensure top-notch service.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth and meet customer experience targets.
  • Oversee the execution of planograms, floor displays, and seasonal flips to ensure a visually appealing store environment.
  • Provide ongoing training and testing for new and existing staff to ensure competence in all areas of relevant training manuals.
  • Identify and execute operational efficiencies within the sales floor's processes and practices.
  • Foster a positive and engaging work environment for team members and a fun and exciting store environment for customers.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of retail leadership experience.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge of powersports is considered an asset.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and ever-changing environment with constant shifting priorities.
  • Ability to complete assigned work and projects on time within a fast, ever-changing environment.
  • Proficiency in computer use.
