Pizza Cook Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Pizza Cook to join our team at Pizza Pizza. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking pizzas to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Inspect and Maintain Kitchen Areas: Ensure that our kitchen and food service areas are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
- Train and Develop Staff: Provide training and guidance to our kitchen staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to prepare and cook pizzas to the highest standards.
- Order and Manage Supplies: Order and manage the supplies and equipment needed to maintain our kitchen and food service areas.
- Supervise Kitchen Staff: Supervise and manage our kitchen staff to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain Inventory and Records: Maintain accurate records of our food, supplies, and equipment inventory.
- Clean and Maintain Work Areas: Clean and maintain our kitchen and work areas to the highest standards.
- Accessibility Training: Provide awareness training to our staff to create a welcoming work environment for people with disabilities.
- Mentorship Programs: Offer mentorship programs that pair newcomers and refugees with experienced staff.
- Cultural Competency Training: Provide cultural competency training to our staff to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers and visible minorities.
- Work Language: English
- Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
