Position Overview

  • Product Management: Identify and select merchandise and services that align with customer needs.
  • Staffing Needs: Assess and determine staffing requirements to meet business demands.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and oversee staff performance and task assignments.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to understand consumer preferences and competitor activities.

This is a permanent position requiring 32 hours per week of commitment.
