Retail Sales Team Leader

The Sales Operations Supervisor at Tiro Marketing plays a crucial role in overseeing the sales team and ensuring optimal performance in a dynamic retail environment.
Qualifications- Education: Completion of a college diploma or equivalent program lasting 1 to 2 years.
- Experience: A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year in a supervisory role or related experience.
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to sales personnel.
- Recruit, train, and develop staff to enhance team capabilities.
- Design and implement engaging displays for various marketing events.
- Authorize merchandise returns and manage inventory effectively.
- Create and manage work schedules for the sales team.
- Drive sales through effective merchandising strategies.
- Compile reports detailing sales performance, inventory management, and staffing issues.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and supply challenges.
- Oversee and coordinate the activities of sales staff.
- Conduct performance evaluations to foster team development.
- Supervise office and volunteer personnel as needed.
Responsible for supervising a team of 1 to 2 individuals.
Technical Skills- Proficient in iOS and MS Outlook.
Focus on retail operations and sales management.
Work Environment- Fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines with attention to detail.
- Detail-oriented and accurate.
- Strong client focus and adaptability.
- Organized and dependable team player.
