Position Summary

As a Program Manager for our Women's Transition Housing & Supports (WTHS) Program, you will play a vital role in overseeing the delivery of essential services to women and children. You will collaborate closely with service providers across the province, ensuring effective program administration and financial management.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage funding allocations and oversee the performance of core WTHS programs.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for addressing program delivery challenges and fostering strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with service providers to ensure high-quality, client-centered support services.

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual with the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, social work, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing non-profit programs or community-based initiatives.
  • In-depth understanding of programs and services designed to support women and children who have experienced violence.
  • Experience leading and supervising teams in a unionized environment.
  • Strong knowledge of non-profit governance principles and financial accountability practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
