Position: Administrative Coordinator
Work Schedule: Monday- Friday 8:00am-4:00pm (flexible to Agency needs)

Role Overview:
The Administrative Coordinator will play a vital role in monitoring and evaluating the office's operational needs, taking proactive measures to ensure smooth functioning. Responsibilities include managing daily operations, answering phone calls, welcoming visitors, performing data entry, and maintaining personnel files. A thorough understanding of Mountain Plains CSSN's philosophy, values, and culture is essential.
As a member of the Office Team, the Administrative Coordinator will be the first point of contact for all visitors, both in-person and via phone. Supervised by the Human Resources Coordinator, this role contributes to the organizational health of the Agency by ensuring consistency in quality practices throughout.
The Administrative Coordinator will engage in various collaborative administrative duties, serving as a key liaison within the Executive Leadership team. A strong work ethic and commitment to transparent teamwork are crucial for success in this position.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of two years of relevant experience or a two-year diploma in a related field.
- Valid Alberta Class 5 Driver's License.
- Driver's Abstract.
- Clear Criminal Records Check.
- Clear Children's Service Intervention Record Check.
- Vehicle Insurance with a minimum of $2 million liability and access to a vehicle.
