Position Overview

As a Concrete Finishing Specialist at Commanding Construction LTD, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality and appearance of concrete surfaces. Your expertise will ensure that our projects meet the highest standards of durability and aesthetics.

Qualifications
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 3 to 5 years in concrete finishing.
Work Environment

The role involves working in various conditions, including:

  • Dusty and noisy environments
  • Cold, hot, and wet conditions
  • Outdoor settings
Work Setting

You will be engaged in:

  • On-site customer service
  • Commercial, industrial, and residential projects
  • Sidewalks and curbs
Key Responsibilities

Your primary tasks will include:

  • Filling hollows and removing imperfections on freshly poured concrete
  • Operating power vibrators to compact concrete effectively
  • Leveling the top surface of concrete according to specifications
  • Working at heights using scaffolding or swing stages
  • Applying desired finishes to concrete surfaces with hand and power tools
  • Installing anchor bolts, steel plates, door sills, and other fixtures
  • Applying hardening and sealing agents to cure surfaces
  • Repairing, resurfacing, and replacing damaged sections of concrete structures
Materials Used

You will work with various materials, including:

  • Colors and sealers
  • Hardeners and epoxies
  • Lightweight concrete
  • Mastic flooring
  • Reinforcing membranes and protective coverings
Safety and Security

Ensure compliance with safety regulations, including:

  • Valid driver's license check
Physical Requirements

This position is physically demanding and requires:

  • Handling heavy loads
