Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Type and Proofread Correspondence: Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Manage Office Operations: Coordinate office tasks, including receiving and forwarding telephone and electronic inquiries, processing mail, and maintaining files.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Respond to client inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Perform Data Entry: Accurately enter data into our database and maintain accurate records.
  • Organize and Schedule Office Work: Prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Work Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
