Job SummaryThe Insurance Claims Examiner will be responsible for reviewing and examining insurance claims to ensure accuracy and fairness. This role requires strong analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities- Review and examine insurance claims to determine validity and coverage
- Analyze claims data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Communicate with policyholders and insurance companies to resolve claims issues
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement claims processing procedures
- College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
- Or equivalent experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in insurance claims examination or a related field
This is a hybrid work arrangement, with a mix of remote and in-office work.
