Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Behaviour Analyst to join our team at St.Amant. As a Behaviour Analyst, you will play a critical role in providing services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement comprehensive ABA program plans that meet the unique needs of each child, working closely with families and support networks.
  • Conduct behavioural assessments and develop targeted interventions to increase adaptive behaviour and decrease challenging behaviours.
  • Provide consultative and mediated services to clients, families, and support staff, offering regular feedback and coaching to ensure effective implementation of ABA strategies.
  • Collaborate with program managers to develop and deliver training programs for autism tutors and senior tutors, enhancing their ABA skills and knowledge.
  • Identify trends in services and recommend improvements to ensure high-quality care and support for clients.
  • Travel to rural communities throughout Manitoba, providing home visits and off-site support as needed.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Psychology with specialization in Applied Behaviour Analysis.
  • Behaviour Analyst Board certification (BACB) or application for certification within the first year of work.
  • Fluency in French is an asset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to provide education and training in public forums.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid Manitoba driver's license and a vehicle, with the ability to travel throughout the province.
