Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Pro Vita Care Management. This is a permanent role that offers a structured work schedule of 35 hours per week in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer prescribed medications and monitor their effects.
  • Implement aseptic techniques, including sterile dressing changes.
  • Conduct specimen collection and ensure adherence to infection control protocols.
  • Monitor patients' nutritional intake and overall health.

  • Take and record vital signs accurately.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sterilization of the operating area and instruments.

Licensing and Certifications
