Key Responsibilities

  • Support the planning, briefing, scheduling, and execution of content creation for various marketing initiatives.

  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage schedules and timelines, and maintain accurate records and materials.

  • Be a self-starter who thrives on collaboration and feedback, comfortable working independently and influencing cross-functional teams.

  • Utilize strong analytical skills to establish KPIs, draw key insights for optimization, and develop a data-driven approach to content strategy.

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience as a Content Manager, Content Strategist, or similar role.

  • Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or equivalent training.

  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and content optimization techniques.

  • Strong understanding of content management systems and content creation tools.

  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

  • Basic copywriting.

  • Knowledge of Wordpress, Hubspot, Conductor and Asana or similar, are an asset.
