Financial Services Representative Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Financial Services Representative to join our team at Rapport - A Division of WFCU Credit Union. As a key member of our retail banking team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members, identifying their financial needs, and promoting our credit union products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide quality service to members by assessing their financial needs and identifying credit union products and services to meet those needs.
  • Contribute to the success of the retail location through the achievement of established sales goals and objectives.
  • Promote and process investments, lending products, and other financial services to meet established targets.
  • Drive mortgage product promotion while consistently meeting and exceeding individual sales goals.
  • Process over-the-counter financial transactions and comply with established policies, guidelines, and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Completed post-secondary education is required.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated success in a sales or goal-driven environment.
  • An energetic personality, initiative, and professionalism.
  • A minimum of two years of professional experience in financial services and a sound understanding of the lending process is considered an asset.
