About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team in the Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge, and Guelph region. As a key member of our team, you will provide integrated therapy services to clients in their homes and schools, utilizing your expertise to improve their well-being and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and develop accurate therapy care plans based on clients' real environments
  • Provide complex preventative or corrective actions for clients with diverse needs
  • Partner with clients' family members, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to achieve treatment goals and service plans
  • Utilize a hybrid model of care, including face-to-face and virtual services, to build a schedule that works for you and your clients

Requirements
  • Graduate of a recognized Post-Secondary program in Occupational Therapy
  • Current active registration and good standing as an Occupational Therapist with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario
  • Pediatric care experience
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
