About the Role

FIVE RIVERS LOGISTICS LTD. is seeking a skilled Logistics Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supervising workers and projects, resolving work problems, and ensuring health and safety regulations are followed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise a team of 3-4 people and coordinate activities to ensure smooth operations
  • Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to improve productivity and product quality
  • Co-ordinate repairs and rentals, and ensure all necessary documentation is completed
  • Participate in government or community programs that support newcomers and refugees, and youth employment
Requirements
  • College diploma or equivalent in a related field
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory role
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
