Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales and Business Development: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
  • Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and features to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to achieve business objectives and provide support as needed.
  • Financial Management: Manage financial transactions and ensure accurate and timely processing of deals.
  • Administrative Tasks: Process paperwork related to vehicle transactions and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in sales or business development.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational and time management skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certifications: Not necessary for the right candidate.
Benefits:
  • Competitive Compensation: Salary range from $100,000 to $120,000 per year.
  • Benefits Package: Comprehensive benefits package including dental care, extended health care, onsite parking, store discount, vision care, and more.
  • Commission Pay: Eligible for commission pay with an excellent bonus structure for financial success.
Work Environment:
  • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, day shifts, with every second Saturday.
