Job Title: Executive Director of Sales

Pizza Hut is seeking an experienced Executive Director of Sales to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies that meet and exceed our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet business objectives
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide coaching and development opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop solutions to drive sales growth
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and partners to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position
  • Strong business acumen and ability to develop and execute sales strategies that meet business objectives
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of sales professionals
  • Ability to analyze sales performance data and identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Strong customer service skills, with the ability to develop and maintain relationships with key customers and partners
