Executive Chef

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Culinary Specialist to join our team at the Stacked Pancake House. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes, as well as training and supervising kitchen staff and helpers.
Responsibilities- Food Preparation and Cooking: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, ensuring high-quality presentation and taste.
- Kitchen Maintenance: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization, and maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
- Staff Training and Supervision: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, and supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure efficient and safe food preparation and service.
- Supply Management: Order supplies and equipment as needed, and maintain accurate records of inventory and usage.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a kitchen or food service environment.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
