As a Principal within our Northern Ontario division, you will be a pivotal business architect responsible for driving growth and diversification. Qualifications

  • A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in operations leadership and business unit expansion, preferably in professional services
  • Relevant professional industry credentials or an MBA (or a combination of academic and practical experience)
  • Experience managing a segment of a high-growth profit and loss statement
  • Thorough understanding of a professional services business model, including workforce composition, resource management strategies, risk management, and commercial strategies
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills with the capability to lead teams and develop/implement operational plans for corporate initiatives
  • Proven leadership experience in diversifying a business and developing new market opportunities
  • The ability to maintain a positive outlook, exhibit an energetic demeanor, and motivate teams to achieve business growth objectives
  • An established network of industry contacts and relationships within the region, along with involvement in relevant regional industry and trade associations
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication, facilitation, and presentation skills, including a proven ability to craft winning proposals and succeed in competitive interviews
