About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Global Infrastructure Advisory team as a Consultant. As a key member of our team, you will assist in the delivery of high-quality services to public sector and private sector clients, working on a wide range of projects across various markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the delivery of infrastructure advisory services to clients, including project planning, procurement, and delivery.
  • Work with Indigenous communities and organizations to develop and implement infrastructure projects.
  • Lead and facilitate multi-disciplinary teams on various projects, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Prepare and distribute reports and proposals to clients, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
  • Conduct thorough due diligence on financial and operational data, providing insightful analysis and recommendations.
  • Participate in strategic advice to clients, based on detailed analysis and research.
  • Assist in preparing strategic plans, business plans, and business cases for clients.
Requirements
  • Undergraduate or graduate degree in business, architecture, engineering, finance, economics, planning, or a related field.
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proven capability of working within a multi-disciplinary team, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Demonstrated initiative and ability to communicate and engage with diverse groups, including Indigenous communities.
  • Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to analyze complex data and provide insightful recommendations.
  • Flexibility to manage multiple assignments and competing priorities, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of industry experience in a relevant industry, such as government, engineering, construction, real estate, or utilities.
  • Demonstrated skills and experience in one or more of the following areas: community engagement, infrastructure project planning, procurement, or delivery; economic and financial analysis; leading and facilitating meetings/workshops; operational and business improvement; lifecycle asset management; data analytics, business intelligence, and GIS.
