Job Title: Senior Solutions Designer – CRM

Softline™ Technology Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Solutions Designer – CRM to join our team. As a key member of our CRM team, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative CRM solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop CRM solutions that meet client requirements and project deliverables.
  • Collaborate with IT professionals throughout the software development life cycle.
  • Develop and maintain applications using structured methodologies.
  • Design, code, test, debug, and document applications.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design patterns, deployment, and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Work with relational and hierarchical database technologies.
  • Develop and maintain CRM software using specific tools and methodologies.
  • Provide post-implementation support and resolve technical issues.
  • Conduct design walkthrough sessions with project teams.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of Salesforce development experience in Public Sector Foundation and Sales Cloud.
  • Certified Salesforce Platform Developer I or equivalent experience.
  • Salesforce Certified OmniStudio Developer.
  • Salesforce Certified Experience Cloud Consultant.
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator.
