Role Responsibilities

Work Schedule
Initially, during the training phase, you will work 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with specific hours outlined for the first three months. Post-training, your schedule will transition to 40 hours per week, including evening shifts and occasional Saturdays.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Providing essential guidance to clients, helping them make informed decisions regarding their insurance needs.
- Assessing customer requirements and promoting relevant products and services.
- Advising clients on auto and home insurance solutions.
- Collaborating with the brokerage network to support new initiatives.
Qualifications
- A minimum of one year of experience in a similar capacity.
- A collaborative team player who can also work independently.
- Exceptional communication skills with a strong ability to listen and empathize.
- A customer-focused mindset with a desire to enhance advisory skills.
- Capability to manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining composure.
- Proficient computer skills, able to navigate various systems simultaneously.
- Bilingualism is essential for candidates in Quebec due to the need for regular interaction with English-speaking colleagues.
- Willingness to obtain the necessary insurance license.
- No prior Canadian work experience is required, but eligibility to work in Canada is mandatory.
- This role is within an inbound call center, and candidates should be comfortable with evening and weekend shifts.
