Financial Record Specialist

SOO SOLUTIONS INC is seeking a dedicated Bookkeeper to manage and maintain financial records with precision and efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess a strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months in a similar role
- Calculate and prepare payroll cheques
- Maintain and balance various accounts using both manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
- Prepare and maintain general ledgers and financial statements
- Complete tax return documentation
- Prepare trial balances
- Reconcile financial accounts
- Basic security clearance is required
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong attention to detail
- Capable of working in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work overtime as needed
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks
- Work well under pressure
- Accurate and dependable
- Strong judgment and organizational skills
- Reliable team player with adaptability
- Work Term: Permanent

- Hours: 35 hours per week
