Inside Sales and Product Support Representative

The Inside Sales and Product Support Representative plays a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing sales support, handling price quotes, and offering basic product guidance.

This role requires effective communication and collaboration with various departments, including shipping, production, the lab, and quality teams, to ensure seamless customer experience.

The successful candidate will manage the sample distribution process, assist with product support by addressing technical inquiries, and escalate complex issues when necessary.

Additionally, the Inside Sales and Product Support Representative will contribute to marketing efforts by supporting the creation of technical write-ups and other marketing-related activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Qualify and follow up with leads received by website or phone
  • Provide sales leads to sales representatives and/or distributors
  • Execute the sample process, completing sample request forms, updating the sample log, shipping the packaged samples, and following up on samples with customers
  • Administer Customer Satisfaction surveys on a yearly basis
  • Assist customers with resolving product-related issues, providing guidance on product usage, and escalating complex technical problems to senior technical staff or the lab team
  • Contribute to marketing activities such as technical write-ups, and other promotional materials
  • Gather and relay customer feedback regarding product performance, common technical issues, and market trends to internal teams, contributing to product development and improvement
  • Provide administrative support to shipping function

Requirements: The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential for this role.
